  3. QTStreamSplicer is a tool that allows you to splice a still 
  4. picture onto the front (before the live stream starts) of a 
  5. live streaming movie. Select "Splice Image Onto Stream..." 
  6. from the Splice menu, then select (first) an image file and 
  7. (second) a streaming movie file; then select the desired 
  8. options in the dialog box that is displayed and click "Splice!".
  9. You are then prompted for a location to save the spliced file 
  10. into.

  12. QTStreamSplicer also allows you to splice a still picture 
  13. over an audio-only streaming movie. Select "Splice Image 
  14. Over Stream..." from the Splice menu, then select (first) 
  15. an image file and (second) an audio-only streaming movie 
  16. file; then select the desired options in the dialog box 
  17. that is displayed and click "Splice!". You are then prompted 
  18. for a location to save the spliced file into.
